R&A Main Event – Transport from WANAKA
30th & 31st December, Rob Rosa Station, Cardrona Valley.
Pre-booked transport: $29 return
Cash / Eftpos on the day: $35 return
Departures to R&A: 30 & 31 December, between 2:00pm and 8:00pm.
Departure is from the Dungarvon Street Bus Stop (close to the Skate Park).
Return transport to Central Wanaka will operate on a first-come, first-served basis between 12:00am and 5:00am.
R&A Main Event – Transport from CARDRONA Hotel
30th & 31st December, Rob Rosa Station, Cardrona Valley.
Price: $17 return
Pre-booked transport only. No walk-ups.
Departures to R&A: 30 & 31 December, at 4:30pm, 5:00pm, 6:00pm and 7:00pm.
Departure is from the Cardrona Hotel Car Park, Cardrona village.
Return transport to Cardrona will operate on a first-come, first-served basis between 12:00am and 5:00am.
R&A Alps Main Event – Transport from QUEENSTOWN
30th & 31st December, Rob Rosa Station, Cardrona Valley.
Price: $45 one-way, $90 return
Pre-booked transport only. No walk-ups.
Departures to R&A: 30 & 31 December, at 3:30pm and 6:30pm.
Pickup is from the Frankton Bus Hub, Kawarau Road, Frankton.
This service will depart on schedule so please ensure you arrive 15 minutes before the departure time.
Return transport to Queenstown departs R&A at 12:30am and 3:30am only, and will dropoff in both Frankton and Central Queenstown.
NOTE: The return service must be booked separately!
R&A Campers – Transport from WANAKA
29th December & 1st January, Rob Rosa Station, Cardrona Valley.
Price: $30 return
Pre-booked transport only. No walk-ups.
For campers, there is a single service departing on 29 December at 4:00pm, from the Dungarvon Street Bus Stop (close to the Skate Park).
For your return journey, you can either:
– Return on any of our overnight services, which will operate between 12:00am and 5:00am on both days of the festival, or
– Return on an additional scheduled service, which will depart R&A at 9:00am on 1 January.
Note – This service is available from Wanaka only. We do not run a Campers service from Queenstown.
R&A Campers, post-festival – Transport one way from R&A to WANAKA
1st January, Rob Rosa Station, Cardrona Valley.
Pre-booked transport: $20 one-way
Cash / Eftpos sales on the day: $25 one-way.
For campers, there is a single service from R&A to Wanaka, departing on 1 January at 9:00am,.
Notes:
– This service is available from R&A to Wanaka only. We do not run a Campers service from Queenstown.
– This service will only run if there are pre-booked sales.
