Transport from WANAKA
30th & 31st December, Rob Rosa Station, Cardrona Valley.
Pre-booked transport: $34 return
Cash / Eftpos on the day: $40 return
Departures to R&A: 30 & 31 December, between 2:30pm and 7:00pm.
You must travel within a 30-minute time window of your booked ticket time, ie, if the travel time on your ticket is, for example, 3pm, then you can depart at any time between 3pm and 3:30pm.
Departure is from the Dungarvon Street Bus Stop (close to the Skate Park).
Return transport will operate on a first-come, first-served basis between 12:00am and 4:30am.

Transport from CARDRONA Hotel
30th & 31st December, Rob Rosa Station, Cardrona Valley.
Price: $24 return
Pre-booked transport only. No walk-ups.
Departures to R&A: 30 & 31 December, every 30 minutes between 4:30pm and 6:00pm.
Departure is from the Cardrona Hotel Car Park, Cardrona village.
Return transport will operate on a first-come, first-served basis between 12:00am and 4:00am.
Transport from Albert Town
30th & 31st December, Rob Rosa Station, Cardrona Valley.
Price: $45 return
Pre-booked transport only. No walk-ups.
Departures to R&A: 30 & 31 December, at 4:30pm.
Pickup is from the bus stop outside the Albert Town 4-Square store.
Return will depart from R&A at 2:30am ONLY.
Note: If you miss the 2:30am scheduled return service to Hawea, you will still be able to use your bus ticket to return to Wanaka (Dungarvon St) instead. Return services to Wanaka will run until 4:30am.
Our taxis will be running all night. Your will need to pay separately for any taxi fare. Your R&A transport ticket is not valid for taxis.
Transport from HAWEA
30th & 31st December, Rob Rosa Station, Cardrona Valley.
Price: $55 return
Pre-booked transport only. No walk-ups.
Departures to R&A: 30 & 31 December, at either 3:00pm or 4:00pm.
Pickup options are:
– Hawea Flat Community Hall
– Cemetery Road, junction with Grandview Road (+10 minutes)
– Bodkin St Bus Stop (+15 minutes)
– Hawea Campground Gate (+20 minutes)
Return will depart from R&A at 2:30am ONLY.
Note: If you miss the 2:30am scheduled return service to Hawea, you will still be able to use your bus ticket to return to Wanaka (Dungarvon St) instead. Return services to Wanaka will run until 4:30am.

Transport from QUEENSTOWN
30th & 31st December, Rob Rosa Station, Cardrona Valley.
Price: $52 each way.
Pre-booked transport only. No walk-ups.
Departures to R&A: 30 & 31 December, at 3:30pm and 6:30pm.
Pickup is from the Frankton Bus Hub, Kawarau Road, Frankton.
These services will depart on schedule, so please ensure you arrive 15 minutes before the departure time.
Return transport to Queenstown must also be booked in advance, and departs R&A at either 12:30am or 3:30am.
Return services will drop off at both the Frankton Bus Hub, and in Central Queenstown.
NOTE: The Outward and Return services to and from Queenstown must be booked separately!
CAMPERS – Transport from WANAKA
Departure: 30th December,10:30am
Return: 1st January, 9:00am
Rob Rosa Station, Cardrona Valley.
Price: $37 return
Pre-booked transport only. No walk-ups.
For campers, there is a single service departing on 30 December at 10:30am, from the Dungarvon Street Bus Stop (close to the Skate Park).
For your return journey, you can either:
– Return on any of our normal services, which will operate between 12:00am and 4:30am on both days of the festival, or:
– Return on an additional scheduled service, which will depart from R&A at 9:00am on 1 January.
Note – The Campers service is available from Wanaka only. We do not run a Campers service from Queenstown.
CAMPERS, post-festival – Transport ONE-WAY from R&A to WANAKA
1st January, 9:00am, Rob Rosa Station, Cardrona Valley.
Pre-booked transport: $27 one-way
Cash / Eftpos sales on the day: $30 one-way.
For campers leaving R&A, we provide a one-way service to Wanaka (Dungarvon Street), departing R&A at 9:00am on 1 January.
Notes:
– This service is available from R&A to Wanaka only. We do not run a Campers service to Queenstown.
